Morris Liana joined the top religious leaders from across Myanmar to meet with the Vice President and other government officials at the Presidential Palace. This is a dramatic and important indication that the leadership of Myanmar, a staunchly Buddhist nation, has acknowledged the importance of Christian movements to the country.

Morris Liana is Interhope Field Director for Myanmar. He founded the Galilee Orphanage and Union Biblical Seminary and though these institutions he has helped spread the Gospel far and wide in Burma. He is known throughout the country as an effective minister and church leader.
